It advocates for the establishment of a dedicated Commercial Court in Geneva to handle complex commercial cases more effectively. It also champions the use of the English language in commercial proceedings before the Civil Courts of Geneva.

The ADR Commission is a multidisciplinary think tank, promoting and advising on practical and appropriate dispute prevention and resolution strategies rooted in Geneva’s rich legal and diplomatic traditions. This includes tailored mixed-mode methods such as negotiation, mediation, early neutral evaluation, conciliation, adjudication, dispute boards, arbitration, and litigation. It includes a diverse group of experienced professionals – lawyers, in-house counsel, judges, arbitrators, mediators, and academics – alongside representatives from renowned organizations like WIPO, FIDIC, ASA and the Swiss Arbitration Centre, as well as top law firms, companies, and practitioners.
