The ADR Commission is a multidisciplinary think tank, promoting and advising on practical and appropriate dispute prevention and resolution strategies rooted in Geneva’s rich legal and diplomatic traditions. This includes tailored mixed-mode methods such as negotiation, mediation, early neutral evaluation, conciliation, adjudication, dispute boards, arbitration, and litigation. It includes a diverse group of experienced professionals – lawyers, in-house counsel, judges, arbitrators, mediators, and academics – alongside representatives from renowned organizations like WIPO, FIDIC, ASA and the Swiss Arbitration Centre, as well as top law firms, companies, and practitioners.
